Hi, my name is Derek Hovelkamp and I am the Broker of Dale Real Estate (St. Paul) Ltd., which was founded by my father, Ewald in 1974.  I joined the business in 1977 and my brother Lyle followed in 1986.  Together, along with my wife Julie, our office administrator, we as a family continue to keep up with the high standards our father instilled in us.
